Window Repair Growth is an independent publication for owners of window and glass repair companies. It exists because this trade gets pitched constantly by people who have never priced an insulated unit, and almost none of them show a number you can check first.

Who writes it

Steven Von is the editor. He has spent years running growth campaigns for local service businesses, glass and window repair companies among them, from one-van reglazing outfits to shops with a storefront crew and a board-up line that rings at night. The pattern is the same in most of them: the technician is excellent, the quote is fair, and nobody can say where last month's jobs came from. Every guide here is written to fix that, with prices, scripts and numbers an owner can test on his own phone. Steven writes or edits every page.

Where the benchmark data comes from

The benchmark report is built from public Google Business Profile listings. Once a month we pull listings for glass repair, window repair and window installation companies in every US state, remove duplicates by place, drop listings that are clearly auto glass or a national chain's call center, and summarize what is left: review counts, ratings, whether a website is listed, hours, photos and public email. The current dataset holds 7,654 listings across 51 states.

Nothing in the data is self-reported. It is what Google shows a customer searching for a glass shop today. That is also its limit: a review count is not a revenue number. Read it as a map of how the trade shows up to customers, not as an audit of any one company.

Editorial rules

  • No pay-to-play. No shop, supplier or software company can buy a mention, a ranking or a review on this site.
  • Every number is either a figure from the dataset, a price range from real quotes in this trade, or clearly marked as an example. We do not invent client results.
  • Where something is opinion, it is written as opinion.
  • External links go to primary sources only: Google's own documentation, government statistics, manufacturer specs. Never to other marketing companies.

How the free trial works

Every service on this site, from Google Ads to bookkeeping, is offered as a free 14-day trial. You pick one service. We set it up and run it for two weeks at no charge. No card is taken. Ad spend, if the service uses ads, goes to Google or Meta on your own account.

At the end of 14 days you see what happened: calls, booked jobs, cost per lead if there was spend. Then you keep it month to month at a price quoted before the trial starts, swap to a different service, or stop. Nothing renews on its own.

The trial exists because glass shop owners have been burned by six-month contracts that produced auto glass calls and nothing else. Two weeks is enough to see whether the phone changes, and owners should see that before they pay. Text or call (385) 380-5907 to start, or read the FAQ first.

Try any marketing service free for 14 days.

Pick anything we do. We run it for your window repair company for two full weeks at no cost, then you decide. No card, no contract, nothing to cancel.
