Appointment setting for a window repair company
Commercial glass work does not come from Google. It comes from the property manager, the retail center office, the school district facilities department and the restaurant group that already have a glass guy and will switch the day he does not answer a storefront emergency. Reaching them means calling them, and most glass owners will not make those calls.
The pitch is short: "We do storefront and multi-unit glass in your area, we answer board-up calls at night, and we will survey your properties for failed insulated units for free and put per-unit pricing in writing." The goal is a survey appointment, not a sale. A survey of a 120-unit complex that finds fifteen fogged units is a $6,000 job that repeats at the next complex. A realistic day is 40 to 60 dials producing one to three survey appointments.
